One of the most important things in making a SEIV race (IMHO) is providing a good speechfile. It ads a lot to the character of a race. Sadly most of the races in the game, even with the modpack...

For single player you should make sure to upgrade to the latest seIV Version and to download and install the TDM-MOD, not much work, but a huge difference in AI performance. with those alterations...
