I think one way you might be able to do a quick fix is by raising maintainance back to it's normal level, and incorporate a -90% reduction on all ship hulls (-95% for bases). I think that should...

One other thing, allow us to determine if stellar manipulation requires the ship to have movement left (at least for open/close worm hole)... that way we can make stargates, and doomsday...

Yes, but I feel the times to build many of the ships now is too quick... especially on domed planets... I suggest they reduce how effective shipyards are to begin with (to about 1/2 current rate),...

I'm sure that these ground facilities have the ability to build large craft in orbit, these races are much more advanced than our 1970's space shuttle program... Why I believe that ship shipyards...

Three more issues with how designcreation.txt works...
1) Min/Desired Speed is currently the number of engines a ship is to be built with... this needs to be changed to the actual speed achieved...

I think that restriction is to make sure you don't use carries to form a chain and allow "endless" movement...
Consider, you have a single carrier and there are several enemy vessels around all in...

BTW you can create new cultures... just open up Cultures.txt in the DATA folder, and craft your own... If you plan to use this vs. other players (or be fair), then you'll need to balance...

Unfortunately, as I have discovered, these "requirements" are not (yet) implemented in the game. However, since the data is there, I expect that they will be in the future.
