No, there's none. Maybe if you ask Cross he would make you one (that PDF manual for SPWW2 was made by Cross). But I believe he's more WinSPWW2 oriented.

Believe me I tried that already. I said above it needs the current full path to explorer.exe
That vanilla code from CAMO is hard coded to C:Windows...

Well, I found those clear hexes immediately surrounding the building to be mostly non-zero height. Tried leveling them individually using the asterisk key but then the entire building hex reported...

That would be a simple but a handy feature indeed.
One more suggestion: it's a bit frustrating if I should exit a map editor to load another map by scrolling all the way from the start of the map...
