Re: Silicon Wolves, GAME ON! (again) See OP for additional details

More to the point, I think that you are not being aggressive to Fomoria because you don't have a border with him. When Fomoria raids one of my provinces and then you take it before I can take it back...

Re: Silicon Wolves, GAME ON! (again) See OP for additional details

I could be more aggressive, but when I did before the others thought I was working with you (lol). So that's why I'm not doing anything anymore in this war. And with that global you put up you may...

Re: Silicon Wolves, GAME ON! (again) See OP for additional details

Lol, not exactly sure what stinging you're talking about there Kobal.

Although my assault on Hinnom a couple of turns ago was quite a big fiasco yes :)

Your prediction of being gone in 5 turns...

Re: Silicon Wolves, GAME ON! (again) See OP for additional details

Exactly, Hinnom was too big to try and pull off what he wanted to do. A bit better diplomacy and who knows how things could've turned out?

Re: Silicon Wolves, GAME ON! (again) See OP for additional details

I'm also willing to restart if people think that Vanheim deliberately threw in the towel too soon (although I have to say that I didn't have an ideal start and expansion either; barbarians and...

Re: Silicon Wolves, GAME ON! (again) See OP for additional details

I was a bit hesitant to say this since it's in-game information and not really positive for me, but Vanheim is almost out of the game. Unless he has a massive stealth army hiding somewhere that is. I...

Re: Silicon Wolves, GAME ON! (again) See OP for additional details

Seeing as the Vanheim player was posting about subbing in another game on these forums (coupled with the fact that this is like his 3rd stale) I doubt he cares much anymore.

Re: No Diplo EA Game - NWA

I personally would like a more default indie strength. Agreed with the rest of the above settings, although for research I have no preference.

Re: First Blood - Newbie game - Running

Ah so that's how you got those guys! I was wondering about that. Too bad they're not particularly strong :p

I enjoyed warring against you; you put up a great fight with those hard to hit thugs...

Re: Silicon Wolves, GAME ON! See OP for additional details

I suppose it's up to Blackguard if he's still up for this game and you for punishing him for it or not :P

I'd prefer to continue, although the other options are quite fine with me as well.

Re: Silicon Wolves, everybody in the pool (upload pretenders)

Unfortunately I won't have time today to submit my pretender. You can expect him/her/it tomorrow morning (European time).

Re: New game! EA: Silicon Wolves, 7 players, looking for players.

This will be my 3rd game, but seeing as newbies are allowed I'd like to join up as Niefelheim.

And looking at the Somethingawful LP; I pity the people starting on one of the peninsulas :D

Re: First Blood - Newbie game - Running

Since the major action is happening along my border with him I can safely say that Bandar Log is still putting up some stiff resistance.

Actually I'm quite amazed that no one has gone AI yet, it...

Re: First Blood - Newbie game - Running

The scout was discovered by a non-moving army, so no harm done :)

I think you can stall by ordering him to attack though, I suppose that would be considered an unethical stalling move.

Re: First Blood - Newbie game - Running

I don't think it should, but I'm not 100% sure there. I didn't move all of my armies last turn so it could be that your scout was on one of those provinces. I'll have a look at the turn when I come...

Re: First Blood - Newbie game - Running

Let's hope nothing happened to him...

He seemed quite active, although losing his Pretender may have caused him to lose interest in the game altogether?

Re: First Blood - Newbie game - Send pretenders!

I see we have until Wednesday to do our turns. This is just for the first turn I assume? I don't think we need a lot of time to plan these first turns.

Re: First Blood - Newbie game - Send pretenders!

I just went ahead to see if everything works out for me (nice starting position btw, hope we can continue :P) and it does.

And Caelum sent his turn in as well, lol.

Re: First Blood - Newbie game - Send pretenders!

Maybe one of us is rather a bit too anxious to get it started :D
