More to the point, I think that you are not being aggressive to Fomoria because you don't have a border with him. When Fomoria raids one of my provinces and then you take it before I can take it back you are being aggressive towards me not Fomoria. |
Of course, you're right about that. The whole misunderstanding we had was because I was too aggressive there and didn't quite keep track of who's province was who's before the war started. I will just run into more complications if I start attacking/raiding more to the west.
