The problem is that they're obsessing over rules and endless books of (typically over-powered) fluff, rather than a simple, quick-flowing rulesset that was more worried about players playing...

Easiest way to deal with something like this is to install Windows on a separate harddrive and keep your paging somewhere other than where Windows installs. You know...install Windows on a small...

AI is tough to program well enough to make it "good." I have some theories but they'll need scripted...

Can you limit facilities to one per planet or one per empire? I don't see how it can be done but I tend to overlook things.
