Re: The Movement Bug: An Arguement Against MP?

is this a PBEM, or did you back up your uploaded turn? Just so as you can check and make sure that you hadn't sent it in w/ incorrect orders. I know often enough i've clicked on units and screwed...

Re: CarCrash - EA Game - CBM - (Running)

oh no, you shouldn't have announced, and 7/14 caps for 3 turns is more than a sufficient and reasonable victory condition whatever the other factors. Just, in general, these sorts of conditions are...

Re: CarCrash - EA Game - CBM - (Running)

It is there in the OP, and 7 of 14 capitals for 3 turns is hardly a lightweight victory condition. With graphs off and this sort of condition, having some sort of announcement would be a preferable...

hinnom is quite powerful, but does have a number of compensatory defects. Population loss and the resulting unrest, as well as the double unrest for bloodhunting, are the most obvious.

Re: LLamaserver is ignoring admin requests?

I am pretty sure the hosting time had changed on the status page for that forge turn, since that is where I check and I remember checking and seeing the expected time; unhappily, I did not have the...

Re: LLamaserver is ignoring admin requests?

forge had the problem earlier, and I emailed llama about the issue. This latest hosting extension seems to have been fine, though.

the extension that failed had had a couple extensions, and then...

Re: Setsumi - LA game, upload pretenders!

WL won after denying a one turn rollback?

There's absolutely no good answer in a situation like this. 3 turns rollback is pretty extreme, otoh it would seem to be partly the fault of the host,...

Re: Is there a barbarian attack event or is this a bug?

the ancient presence is by far the worst - I was engaged in a war w/ Helheim (i was subbing into a fairly weak shinu in a megagame), and then I no longer saw any real resistance... get to his...

Re: Forge of Godhood - started

I've added a day in total to this host time, due to what would seem to be confusion.

the confusion stems from overlooking the distinction between "start thinking about going over" and "actually...

Re: Forge of Godhood - started

Re: Conceptual Balance Mod 1.6

Some good concerns there, Psycho. I too am worried about possible unbalancing effects from hero blade; but that remains to be seen.

however, 20gp may well be too much, as Sauro traditionally...

Re: Sign of the Hammer - A Warhammer Mod Game. Send Pretenders!

Re: Sign of the Hammer - A Warhammer Mod Game. Send Pretenders!

Squirrel, your lack of extensive gameplay experience is showing. The purpose of a beta test is to determine the approximate strengths of a nation in toto. Stegadons may be able to prevail against...
