Devnull Mod Question

I researched Space Yards II. I can build Space Yard II Facilities. I can also build Space Yard II Components.

But for some reason, I cannot build a Space Yard II Component on a Starbase.

Gold Devnull Mod Bug

I'm playing in a multiplayer Gold Devnull Mod game. This is my first game with this mod.

I noticed that "Normal Mounts" now require a ship of at least 200kt. And that there are "Light Mounts"...

I tried to give repeat orders to a planet in a simultaneous game, but it appears to not be possible. Sometimes in SEIV, I feel like I'm fighting the interface more than other players. :\

Well, I only play multiplayer games with other human players and these are in Simultaneous Mode.

Out of curiosity, why does Repeat Orders not work the same in Turn Based Mode?

How do Resource Converter facilites work? Do they automatically kick in when I run out of one resource? Is there a way to convert X of one reource to another each turn?
