In mi experience w2k sp3 is the most stable of all MS OS.

If you have a machine that support w2k / XP, go for w2k.
If not, go for w98SE

One use for drones is build a base with lots of cargo and several drone launchers (optional a shipyard to build the drones); add stealth armor/cloack.
Equip it with anti-ship drones and is a system...
