A0 can be on transport CZ99. If it can be fired at by an AI unit preferentially it will. This is not apparent normally but...

Yeah... the helos were unarmed Scout Helo type so I suspected as much after testing. I just wanted them to sweep the beach on the same turn I released the artillery to fire. Said screw it... deleted...

shifting the airstrikes from the 1 known datum to alternates nearby would generate different spotting and...

The expensive ones have Range Finders and Fire Control ratings of around 10 or higher. Better scopes, better barrels, bipods, etc. Personally, if I use snipers at all I use the very expensive ones.

AFAIK it is not modeled. However, the trees will nicely catch fire and suppress anything in the hex. Which is why I have rule #42 when playing SPMBT... Thou shalt not put crewed unmovable equipment...

Repeating... the numbers shown are not the real numbers. At least not for infantry fire against other infantry from what I've seen.

If it says 1% for a tank firing the main gun then yeah 1%. Ditto...

I think she was referring to the tendency of PBEM players to splatter the area where the gunshot came from with Z-Fire and artillery.

From repeated testing it looks direction is variable based on each run. So you can play the same scenario repeatedly and each time direction will be determined randomly.

Same thing happens when trying to fire smoke btw. When firing at an actual target rounds always land within 1 hex. I think they do it just to make things harder.
