Any way to mod ship sizes and tech

Is there any way to mod the game so that one can increase the space on each ship size and perhaps add extra big ships ie space ships with 5000 unit spaces ?

Or to add intermediate ship types ie...

I like to have escorts and destroyers attached to my main fleet - they mainly have distance weapons ie missiles that can disable some of my enemies before i send the main fleet ships in.

Id like that bug fixed in 1.85 patch ie the losing of the mounts or components designs. Has been frustrating for me but now i find out it is a programming bug - so MM lets fix it up please.

Yeah this is an aspect to the game - it limits i guess excessive ship building. I say shell out the $$$$ for the full game instead of trying to mod the demo - and perhaps if enought people pay for...

Ok point taken - just putting out some ideas ignore them if they are no good - would like to see something with the racial points though. Take away the rising maintence costs with each new unit.

Gotta be careful with internet security - i would prefer microsoft spend a lot more tiem and $$$ into making windows related software safer for Users. But that is why i have linux as an alternative...

Yeah more memory helps to. But play smaller maps if it becomes a problem later game - but the AI takes longer the bigger it gets - you could also try less AI competitors !

Id say 300 racial points to implement the ability to fit more remote miners on satelites and ships. This offset might be enough for the gains - that said what about a rising maintence costs ie 10%...

Limited commercials are the best way (just as long as they dont switch to free to air amounts of ads)

Pay TV channels have to pay for overheads and also new technology they have to constantly...

Any suggested changes or improvement to the aspects of mines would be good perhaps dummy mines (ones that cant move) and perhaps ones with limited...

Sounds like the map editor needs an overhaul. That said i like maps with warp points that are many in number ie at least 8 warp points leading into each system.
You need choke points but perhaps...

Never played PBW but 36 hour turns would be long enough to do each turn. All other settings are ok

Please explain how to set up and particpate in a PBW game of SEIV (i have Version 1.84 also)
