Exactly.
A "10%" additive bonus can mean anything from "no effect" to "11x the hit rate" to an actual 10% improvement.

Well, why wouldn't they?
Their targeting priority is independent of whether or not you are supposed to flee from them.
If the ship type is in one list but not the other, then it sounds likely...

Ah, in that case, freshly launched fighters would not be in the fleet.
Only a fighter group that has joined the fleet would be in the fleet.

You can't give orders "directly to the carriers" either.
You've got design strategies, and fleet strategies. Once the fighters are launched, they will do whatever their design strategy is set...

Base + positive modifiers - negative modifiers.
<1 is treated as 1%, and >99 is treated as 99%

Emissive was fixed from that lame scheme in the mid beta, Fy.
If it were 20 emissive points, there would be no losses from 1-20 damage, then losses = damage-20 above that.

Look for the "Attack until all weapons destroyed setting", and turn that off.
Also, use the target priorities involving least damaged and low % damage.

IIRC, units have always-on cloaks, and you can't toggle it. However I haven't heard of recent tests.
