Only available through library / school, both of which have high speed internet, but very poor D/L support. At school I can only manage .zip files, or other...

Are there *any* mods that are any good for single player SEIV? My net access sucks, so that'd be... very nice.

Hm... I've always felt that attacking planets was a little easy, but that may just be the lack of opportunity for MP or something... Or, quite possibly, I've badly designed my defenses...

Basemod

The idea of this mod is to enhnace the defensive potential of bases and planets -- they are large, massive things that should be difficult to attack. After all, a base doesn't need to build engines...
