If you set it to "see all scores of all players" is not good either as you know how big the other empires are with out meeting them yet.

There should still at least combat, even if no ships or satellites were destroyed.

I have notice that with fighters it sometimes occurs as well.

The 1.27 mod was supposed to fix that problem. If you have that mod then send your .gam file to Aaron. So that problem can be fixed. As far as I can see you are doing it right!!

With the new patch, weapon platforms don't get involved in ground combat.

So you can risk it with a heavily shielded/ Armoured troop ship and rush it in to drop troops on to the planet right away....

I believe that the only way to do this is to have a special device that go onto mines only that can cloak.
As all scanners scan for all cloaking ships as well.
Maybe a small cloaking component that...

Change to mines or maybe a scanner to see them???

All mines cloak beyond any scanner available in the game to see them. So either make a new scanner able to see them or change medium mines level...

You can fleet to a base. Since this can be built any where that means you can resupply of them.

All you have to do is fleet with them over one turn and since bases have unlimited supplies means...

You have to be able to see the other end then you can set the sweepers to sweep the other end before you send them in with the rest of the fleet.
Also if there are a lot of mines you may not shot...

It's not a component but a facility.

Was doing it as a very large troop but found this ability and change it over to a facility as then it can not be moved off world and will no have a bucket load...

If thought that you had to order them to de-cloak and cloak...

That would stop your lure and kill tactic with a cargo ship fleeted with several...

And so troops are more likely to be used.
