Here's some simple mods i made to the original quadrants and systems.

1) Got rid of those annoying (to me) tiny moons.

2) Removed black holes since they give the AI so much trouble and readjusted the % chances.
(Left the black hole system info in there so they can be added in easily.)

I didn't reduce the number of planets except for getting rid of the tiny moons so that there would still be plenty of planets of all types in each good system.
