New Version of my Modding program

Just compiled a new Version of my SE4Modding program. (check the sig line) New features include:

- ability to edit/add facilties
- unlimited no. of undo's
- support for multiple installs of se4
- a help file! (pretty lame one so far)
- ability to delete a facility or component

Future planned additions include:

- editable tech area
- editable vehicle sizes
- editable mounts
- editable settings.txt and all the rest
- search option on tree view
- ability to delete family or group
- ability to create a new group automatically

P.S. if you have loaded previous Versions you may still need to download the whole install program as at least on new dll is included. The 'EXE' only download just includes the exe plus the new help file (and again the somewhat lame help file, just an experiment for now)

P.S.S. While this program will allow you to view things in Version 1.49 editing has only been tested in Gold versin 1.67
