OT - The AAD Effect
I wonder if this is a universal in sci-fi... whenever a woman gets her mind and/or body taken over by alien powers, she immediately becomes either a sultry temptress or a cold-hearted killer, but either way she has LOTS of devoted fanboys! (Look at Sara Kerrigan or Seven of Nine... yeah, take a good LONG look at them! )
(BTW, the acronym stands for Alien Assimilated Dominatrix )

Re: OT - The AAD Effect
Hey yeah. That's one that should be on THIS LIST, but I don't see it.

Re: OT - The AAD Effect
Though not directly related to SciFi, I watched "Scream" again with my wife a few nights ago and learned (actually, I had forgotten this part) that you can tell who is going to die in a "slasher" flick.
If a girl has sex during the movie, color her dead;
Never say, "I'll be right back!" (a sure sign you will die); and
(well, I already forgot the third one, but you get the idea).

Re: OT - The AAD Effect
if someone turn's there back on someone else for a second, person number two is dead. unless, i guess, person number two is the killer. i don't watch to many horror movie's. there scary and adrenaline isn't that interesting.
