Version 1.91 improves AI quite a bit!

After the new patch that installed Version 1.91 I observed a marked improvement of the AI performance:
Even smaller AI empires than mine have now larger fleets (with high AI bonus) due to the fix of the scrapping/resource bonus bug.
And I have the impression that the choice of the attack locations has improved too:
If the defense forces seem too strong the AI redirects quickly its attack fleet to another target which is less defended.
