Unable to save maps!!!

I like to find a good map (layout etc) and then save it and then custom a hard AI game - after the patch I can no longer save maps!

The screen just stays blank. Just to be sure I erased my old map files and saved a new one post-patch. Still nothing

Anyone else experiencing this??

Well, I have generated 250 system map and saved it without problems. Later I have reloaded it and started new game also without problems.
You can try uninstalling and installing game again before applying patch.
