Default test please: converted DOM1 map

I've converted my DOM1 map to DOM2:

http://home.arcor.de/stefan_weniger/...arrmap2.01.zip

"(v2.0.1) 136 land provinces, 27 seas. Works with up to 14 races, but things get a little tight then. Still not 100 percent balanced. Recommended settings: independents 5-8, sites 35, richness normal, rare events. Originally created for DOM1 with random map generator Version 0.6. (Random seed: 1038669222). Heavily modified using The GIMP."

This is the 0.1 Version of the map, so there may be a lot of things left to be fixed ... .

I haven't added any "freshwater" provinces, as there are no rivers on the map (may change in future Versions)- and I'm not shure what it really does.

What I found during testing:

- province values have been heavily nerfed compared to DOM1:
Originally the best provinces on this map had 50.000 pop and
yielded over 200 gold and 100 ressources (IIRC).
Now the best I could do is:

large mountain/forest 7450pop/23gold/46ress
large farm 20400pop/96gold/ 8ress
large 11590pop/53gold/20ress
l. moun./farm/forest 11230pop/53gold/20ress
.. looks like mountain/farm/forest cancel each other out..

To get roughly equivalent maps,
you would need about double the
number of provinves - or use the "rich map" option

- The random map generator sometimes puts borders where there are
"landmarks" i.e. mountain ridges. In DOM2 however, provinces are
treated "as a whole" for value and movment, so this doesn't work
out well: As soon as the province is marked "mountains", it
hinders movement - even if it would occure parallel to the ridge.

Hope you'll have fun with this map.

In dom1 the richness of a province was a function of the pixels in the province, thus you could theoretically have enormous provinces with pop and income only limited by the size of the .tga. In dom 2 a large farmland province will have around 20000 pop (+- a couple of thousand), so without setting the pop higher in the map file there is no way you can have provinces of the same pop sizes you did in dom 1, but if you do want higher pop sizes you can allways play around with the map file.
