Screenshots
Hi!
A newbie question: Is it possible to take/make screenshots of Dominions 2? Like pressing a key while in combat and then it takes a picture of it?
Thanks
with best regards

Re: Screenshots
Speaking of screenshots, have anyone of you noticed Kristoffers screenshot of his desktop on the illwinter site?

Re: Screenshots
Only the old standard way. By the way, be sure to try pageUp/pageDown along winth the arrow keys to line up your shot. And spacebar to pause/unpause of course
To take a screen shot (this works in almost any program)
hit the Print Screen button on the upper right of your keyboard
Drop the game (easiest is hitting Ctrl-esc)
open a paint program
use "edit" and "paste" to put the capture into the program
use "file" and "save" to save it as an image

OK, now that I've found it, I know Kristoffer uses the Gimp, Gnome, and the same text editor as I do (the only one). Also, his machine's host name isn't much better configured than mine. I'd like to say we have the same prefered OS, but I believe Gnome also works with Solaris.
With so many common points, I wish that made me as good a game designer

Re: Screenshots
use fraps to take screenshots. www.fraps.com
also displays fps and can record ingame-movies if you want.
