There *is* a clickvol switch!

First thing I noticed after installing the new patch was that mouseclicks now result in a clicking sound. I was afraid it was going to cause me to commit senseless acts of violence. Trusting Illwinter, I checked the new docs, and an appropriate switch does indeed appear.
--clickvol 0 will save your sanity...
