IRC Dom2 channel
Is there something wrong with the Dominions channel on Gamesurge, or with GameSurge itslef today? I can't connect to it since morning, keep geting Messages "Unable to resolve server" when I try to connect.
I seem to be able to connect to other IRC server networks though. Any ideas?

Re: IRC Dom2 channel
That sounds like a personal problem to me, soldier. There's nothing wrong with the channel.

Re: IRC Dom2 channel
Hmm, that's wierd. Why would I be able to connect to other IRC servers, but keep geting "Unable to resolve server" Messages when I try to connect to GameSurge servers? (I've tried all "random Gamesurge servers", "random Gamesurge US servers", "random Gamesurge EU servers")
I am total newbie when it comes to IRC, only installed to get accees to Dom2 channel. Any expert advice by any chance? I've already tried rebooting, reconecting, I've even reinstalled mIRC client that I am using. No luck so far. Can connect to other networks but not Gamesurge.

Meh. You can't possibly be more IRC-clueless than me. I don't even have any idea what you're talking about. I just type in "irssi -c irc.gamesurge.net", and it works. Maybe you should use proper command-line Linux clients, instead of Windoze crap.
From what I hear, this "mirc" of yours is a pile of dog doody anyway.

LOL. I wasn't asking you Norf, I am aware that you are "IRC-clueless", as you put it. I was asking "IRC experts". I hope there must be some lurking on this forum.

Re: IRC Dom2 channel
Try using the IP address: 216.226.129.210 as the IRC server and see if that works for you.
