Supply usage for Stellar Manipulation
I didn't see a fix in the latest patch for the fact that Stellar Manipulation components don't use supplies like they're supposed to. Anyone have better information? Did I just miss it? It would be nice if it were fixed, as it would prevent some abuse of the Stellar Manipulation stuff...
In another thread, Nitram Ward suggested having the repair bays use supplies when repairing ships. But that would only work if MM has fixed the problem with supply usage outside of movement or combat.
