Lately I have been experimenting with ministers. Not sure why, just trying to see exactly what they do. But I have a question. If I create an empire from scratch and then use the ship design minister, which file is he looking at to design ships?

If you selected a minister style and chose "Use selected style", all ministers use the AI files from /AI/<minister style name>. If you checked "Use style from race", all ministers use the AI files from the shipset you chose.
