For those of you who use/like my Y'gath shipset then you NEED to go check out the 'Kuat Drive Yards has moved' thread. A totally new set of pictures has been beautifully rendered by them, just incredible. These guys are wonderful. They have taken my race design and made it reality. Also included on the Kuat site is a new (read:tweaked) AI (totally different ship designs, new Construction Vehicles txt and a few other things to optimise the race).
I just can't say thank you enough to these guys.
Also at the site are AI's for their StarWars shipsets by myself, each one a little different so all four can be played in one game and not be too repetative.
As always with all the races I do I optimise for a 'Medium' tech start. I truely believe you get a better game from this start, the AI has less 'Theory' to research and more time to spend kicking your butt
. (a low tech start is ok, but not the most perfect , the one that would be the best for this is the 1st StarWars race, Vader.)
