Stock SEV flags overlayed with ID numbers (attachment).
This is intended to help track what flags players in pbw games are using so joining players can select an unused flag when they create their empire, preventing start delays.
It probably belongs on the
SEV wiki, not here, but I'm too lazy to sign up and edit the wiki and needed somewhere to upload the file to reference from the game forum.
If there is something similar already exists, please let me know and this topic can be moved or deleted.
