PBEM Campaigns for team

Don't know if related to smoke problem in PBEM campaigns but have also noticed the following. Spotter planes, SEAD aircraft, & minelet OB arty all appear on map during setup. As in you can see the unit perhaps even move it never tried.
This stops planes being available in pre bombardment screen.
Disapear from map & can use normally during game, minelet arty appears on map turn 3 when becomes available.
Minelet only used once but aircraft has occured every time either player has used (about 6) so will not give details unless can't replicate.
Not restricted to first battle happens in all so far
