Defaults for #defmult commands...

I have not done the nessesary research to know this so I will ask, maybe someone has. The moding manual says the standard for #defmult1 is 20 but it does not mention what the stadard is for #defmult1b or #defmult2 and #defmult2b...
I would believe there must be a difference between the nations but I might be wrong...
Any one has any factual data on this?
