SE4 Gold Promo Question

Just taking a look at the promo/screen shots while I am ordering this product (eagerly awaiting btw

) and I have a few small questions.

Promo says, "18 unique races...."??? Were there not more in normal se4 or am I just not remembering correctly.

That and one screenshot has a Depleted Uranium Cannon IV doing 10 points of damage out to range 5.??? IIRC it did alot more (like 30 or something). Just curious, has the game been 're-tweaked' and certain things left out/rebalanced??

(not at my game computer right now so I can't check my Version).
