New Nations

Does anyone have a list of the new nations, and their eras? I mean nations which were introduced via patches and are not listed in the manual.

I might have missed something, but I really don't think I did...

Some nations have also received significant additions (units, spells, many heroes) and changes (nerfs, buffs, fixes), I would suggest going through old change-logs if you want to know everything.

A list of the player made mod nations would be nice too.

Thanks Redeyes. I tried to find the listed changes. I thought they'd be in a ReadMe file, but I couldn't find one. Where is the change log?
