Unzip it to your scenario folder and run from the scenario menu at start up.
This is a rather large game. You and 18 AI races in a huge (200+ system) quadrant. If you have trouble running large games on your pc, this will be one. Turns may take a while.
If anyone is interseted I could make a smaller Version of it, say 10 AI in a medium quadrant. Let me know.
Should be very difficult. You are going to be well behind at the start and the AI are not going to like you at all, so don't count on sneaking up on them or anything.
The only thing that could be a problem is if they just leave you alone too long. Let me know if that happens in your game. I may have to do some tweaking on this one to get a good balance between too hard and too easy.
