Small bug with design upgrade

I designed modified shields different for weapon platforms, ships, bases and sats. The shields for weapon platforms are more powerful than for ships. This works fine and the AI uses the correct shield Version for the different designs.
However if I upgrade a design for a ship in the design menu it will use the more powerful shields for weapon platforms that are not allowed for ships and are not displayed in the available component list for ships! It seems that the restriction for the vehicle type is ignored in the upgrade function.

You need to change the component family number on the different types of shields.

Make the platform shields family number 10001, the base shields 10002, etc.

"Upgrade" will replace each component with the component farthest down in Components.txt, but will NOT skip over differing family numbers.

The highest legal family number is
64K (65,536) for components, and
256 for facilities.
