Assuming that by resource you mean FAQ, you could try this site: http://home.earthlink.net/~petemmer/
It is a beginner's guide that is being made.

Of course, this forum is always a great place to get help. Try using the search feature to see if your question has been answered already. If not, then you can ask it here, and it will probably be answered in a few hours.

There is also a manual on the game CD that is more complete than the hard-copy manual.
