Scramjet in SEIV

OK, I haven't play every MOD, but while read over at /. I got this Idea and want to know if any has done it. I know in some mods player have given engines +bonus to normal engines and -speed on cheaper engines, but what about this. Scramjet like engines really fast speed, but with -bonus. Scramjet go fast but in one direct. So they cann't avoid those petty lights coming at then

I think would add some fun to the game, really fast ship that cann't hit a thing
