Custom mod sample in a single file

I saw it somewhere... but impossible to find it again. It was a bmp file with all custom graphics for a new race : ships, explosion, leader picture, flags... It was on the star trek theme, I think.
It was a very convenient overview for modding.
Do you know the URL og that image ?

I'm sorry - but I thought I had that bmp in my collection. But why do you need it? Can't you model your mod using a standard race (I'd use Terran) for what's needed?

Worse case: make your own all-encompassing bmp reference file. If you have trouble with doing that - drop me a note.
