Order of Battle Question

I suppose I could test this myself but I'll ask here first . . .

When a Drone laden ship jumps through a defended wormhole do the defenders fire first and then the drones are launched - or - do the drones get launched before the defenders gets to fire.

Also is there a published order of battle and turn sequence? I am always wondering for instance if my resources conVersion happens before my retrofitting or how much do my ships move - if at all - when a worm hole opens. OR do my ships in simultaneous move and fire or fire and move etc. etc.

I think I've got it down more or less, but an official published Version would be awesome.
