Help with TDM modpak PLS

I just installed ver 3.2 of the mod pak, but can't get a game to run using it. Everytime I try to start to start a game, I get this message: Unknown value "Ships/sat"for Weapon Target in record �nti-Sip warhead I"

And the only option available from the main screen is "Credits" or "Quit"

What's wrong??
