Resupply Ship?

HI,
I searched around, tried a few things in game, can't figure it out ...

Is it possible to make a ship that will resupply other ships? I know the repair bay and shipyard bay (or whatever its called) will fix ships, but I'm looking for soemthing to keep my distant fleets in supply.

Is there such a beast?
