 This means the first units to move/fire are company leaders then platoon leaders followed by basic grunts. If the order was reversed the leaders would move/fire after other members of their unit meaning they will draw less op fire overall & so be in better shape to rally.

 This is something I'm concerned with as well, anything that makes the AI a more realistic opponent is very welcome as far as I'm concerned.
