Default CD Manual... What CD Manual?

The paper manual ends every paragraph with the phrase "See the CD Manual." One problem, there is nothing like that on the CD! No directory of html files, no PDF, nothing but some Shrapnel demos. What gives?

There is a "Manual" button in the ingame help window. Hit F1 or the ? button.
The manual works best in IE, because Netscape doesnt load bmp's into the thing (Last time I checked that is)

The two will hover, spinning inches above the ground. With a giant buttered cat array, a high-speed monorail could easily link New York with Chicago.

You can find the manual in the SEIV directory. It is called the CD manual but it is placed on your hard drive during the install. You can either access it through the start menu or go to your SEIV directory inside the manual folder.

I know the manual sux. If we could press Malfador enough maybe they will create a "real" manual. SE4 is still awesome after you figure out how to play.

yeah, like maybe they would parse the html manual for print, give it a chapterized structure, and shell out the cash to stick a copy in each box? would be nice, but i sort of have my doubts.

Okay I found the manual, like you said it appears AFTER you install the game. I must be one of those 1% who like to look at the manual first... but I had an excuse! I played the demo to death so I was keen on looking up some concepts I didn't fully grasp.
