Default Help-I need gas!

I just received this game & I think it's great. I've been building ships and haven't had any supply problems until I built my first cruisers. When I build cruisers they have 0 supplies, even if they are built at planets that have a resupply facility. That wouldn't be so bad except they remain unsupplied. A cruiser makes for an expensive weapons platform. Any ideas on how I can gas this thing up? I'm getting tired of useless cruisers and looking at the manual. What am I missing? Thanks.

I would be suprised if it was a lack of engines. Doesn't the ship design section enforce "warnings" including "all ships must have at least one engine"?

Still... that sounds like the only possibility.

hehe, yup, no engines! Done this one myself a few times. Aggravating to say the least!

just edit or update and add the engines. If ya uipdated, then ya have to retrofit them or scrap existing then build the new Version.

Not in SE4. Only warning when you exceed max. engines.

Ah yes, the engines. I checked it out and have renamed it the Algore Class Cruiser. Very friendly to the environment, expensive, and not good for much. Looks like a retrofit is in order. Thanks for clearing up that snafu.
