Waypoints

There any way currently to setup a waypoint route for a commander?

In these huge maps I play vs the ai I like to play them to the final bloody end, but by turn 100 my armies have to march across a half dozen providences to arrive a the front. A waypoint system would remove a great deal of the tedium.
