Default How works Global Spellcasting with full/almost full slots?

Is global spellcasting bugged?

In many games, and many times I tried global spellcasting, I experienced bad things.

Often my new global override my old existing global.
It happens even if there're free slots!

And I'ven't not very well understood the dynamics if 2 players cast a global each and there's only 1 or no slot avaiable.

I'd expected Global Spellcasting was managed in that way:

1- If there's a free slot, the global fit in that slot.
2- If there're no free slot, and a global is casted, it overrides the weakest existing global, if the new one has sufficient empower gems put into.
3- If in the same turn 2 or more globals are cast, and there's only 1 slot, the weakest one take the slot. The next weakest (that could be the strongest, if they're 2) check condition 2. So it will override for sure 1 Global. Next, it checks for the next weakest.
4- If in the same turn 2 or more globals are cast, and there're no slots, the weakest one start checking condition 2. And so on.

By that way the existing globals are overriden by the most empowered, that is logical.

About Dispel and Global casting in the same turn.
I noticed that it occur first the Global, and next your Dispel. This isn't logical at all. Since it's the same nation to cast Dispel and Global, in an arc of time of a month, the mages should be issued to finish first the Dispel Ritual, and later the Global one. So on it should be coded that the dispel take effect first than the global. The global should follow the rules above explained.

This obviously is related to a clam nerf, that makes balanced the dispelling strenght.
