...in a multiplayer game. Is this possible for him to take back over his country?

The only way to do it that I can think of is if the person running the game had backups. I was keeping 5 rotating backups of the Last game I hosted but it was easier on Linux.

Hmmmm now that --preexec works (??? has anyone tested that yet???) it would be fairly easy to maintain at least one backup if not more on other systems (like Windows).
