Population bonuses

Could someone give me specifics on at which population levels you get what bonuses?

When your population reaches:
100M,500M,1B,2B,3B,4B,5B,6B,7B,8B,10B you get these respective bonuses:
5%,10%,20%,30%,40%,50%,60%,70%,80%,90%,100%

These values are in se4\data\settings.txt and start with the line:
Number Of Population Modifiers := 12

(The first one modifier just says you get 100% production below 100M)
