Adamant Mod - New Game! What is wrong!

Hi!

When I play "Quick Start" the game(mod) works fine.
But when I start "New Game" with my own parameters the mod does not work properly. I cannot do any research nor build nothing!!!
What is wrong? Did I screw up the installation of the mod?
Or the mod works OLNY in "Quick Start" mode????
