Attached are two files. A HTML for the Readme, and the zipped files to download. Appreciate any feedback.

For anyone who had problems I am sorry. I thought I used a clean facility.txt copy, but I had accidently copied over the original file with a modded file. I have corrected this mistake. Again I am sorry.
