It would take ages to read all that,but it looks extensive. As for the tough guide, I happen to have the book it is a homage too and it is very much in the same style. The Chart is unavailable to me however. It says I don't have permission.

If your talking about the triangle chart...Yeah that basically sums up SEIV ship building to a T...You can only have so many engines, so many weapons, and so many defense...
