Problems with Cardassians and Ferengi

I'm having problems using the latest race mods of the Ferengi and Cardassians. I am able to make one or the other into a new race. If I try to make another new race, when I scroll past the picture of either one (Ferengi or Cardassian) I get a message that my computer was unable to load its Race-Pop picture. The game then freezes and I have to back out and delete the cardassians and ferengi from the Pictures/Race folder. Is there a solution to this problem?

Is there any chance that someone is working on adding the Minbari, Centauri, Draks, and Drassi? Does it make sense to have "Colonials" (BS Galactica) without having the "Cylons"?
